Delivery & Pickup

Delivery is available within our designated service area. Delivery fees apply based on distance and order size. We make every effort to deliver orders on time, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

For pickup orders, please arrive during your scheduled pickup time. Orders not collected within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to cancellation without refund.

Temperature-sensitive items must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. JJ Bakery is not responsible for product quality issues arising from improper storage after delivery or pickup.

Cancellation & Refunds

Standard bakery items purchased in-store are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Allergen Information

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should inform our staff before ordering. We will provide ingredient information to the best of our knowledge, but cannot guarantee complete accuracy or absence of cross-contamination.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept the risk of allergen exposure and agree that JJ Bakery is not liable for allergic reactions.
